Dan brings many years of experience at the executive management level. In 1997, Dan founded a very successful company in Richmond providing managed hosting and telecommunication services to mid-tier businesses across the country. Over the course of 8 years, Dan grew his service-based company to a very profitable multi-million dollar business. His company, Net Telcos Inc., was acquired by Continental Broadband in 2005. Prior to running Net Telcos, Dan spent 17 years as a systems engineer in the process control industry.

Joe is the lead architect/designer for the development of the system. His 23+ years in designing and creating building automation systems for the compliment of Invensys Controls Companies brings a wealth of knowledge to our company. His years of leadership as the Engineering Director make him a great choice to lead our team.

Frank Walters, SVP & COO

Frank has been involved in almost every aspect of building and home automation systems over his career. From design to installation to support, he has been involved in development of RF thermostats, managing national energy pilots, development of installer training materials, training installers, and setting up call center support.
